An Integrative Path to Inner Balance
75-minute class | No experience needed | Mats and blankets provided
Join Lauren Albarella, Certified Yoga Therapist, for a small-group yoga therapy class (six participants or fewer) designed to support nervous system regulation and ease anxiety.
The class is experiential, gentle, and designed to meet you exactly where you are. You'll be guided through a progression of grounding movement, breath practices, and meditative rest to restore a sense of presence and inner steadiness.
Each session offers practical tools you can take off the mat and into your daily life as well.
What to Expect:
- Gentle, breath-led movement to ground the body and calm the nervous system
- Accessible breathwork (pranayama) for immediate and lasting anxiety relief
- Meditation and guided rest to support regulation and self-awareness
- A steady return to the present moment in a non-judgmental environment
What it includes:
✔️ A therapeutic, body-centered approach to regulating anxiety
✔️ An invitation to explore connection, not performance
✔️ Rooted in trauma-informed yoga therapy principles
What it doesn’t include:
– Western psychotherapy (it isn’t a talking-based approach)
– A fitness-focused or fast-paced practice
– Concern about “doing it right” — there is no perfect pose here
Yoga therapy is not yoga as exercise — it is yoga as medicine. This integrative approach works across body, mind, and spirit to foster resilience, regulation, and reconnection with your innate wholeness.

This guided breathwork session is designed to help you surrender to the breath, release stored tension, and sink into profound stillness and healing. Using rhythmic breathing patterns, intentional music, and intuitive guidance, we will activate the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing for deep relaxation and energetic release. Whether you’re looking to process emotions, gain clarity, or simply reconnect with yourself, this class provides a safe space to let go and realign with your inner wisdom. No prior experience is necessary—just come with an open heart and a willingness to breathe.
